Monica Scott
Chief Operating Officer

Monica leads Havenworthy’s on-the-ground operations in Kentucky, coordinating project logistics, vendor relationships, and key development milestones. Her background in operational oversight and community-focused service brings practical organization and hands-on leadership to each Havenworthy development.
Anthony Scott II
Chief Financial Officer
B.A., QBC, L&H, P&C
Anthony oversees Havenworthy’s financial operations, including accounting, financial documentation, compliance coordination, and development cash-flow management. A certified QuickBooks professional with a background in insurance and asset management, he brings a systematic approach to financial stewardship and long-term portfolio growth.

Chief Marketing Officer

Calandra leads Havenworthy’s brand, digital presence, and tenant-facing experience. Drawing on her experience building and managing an online business, she oversees marketing strategy, digital communications, and the systems that connect prospective residents with Havenworthy communities.
